Refund policy

Our 30-day promise

Give BrewFuel a proper go. If it's not for you, get in touch within 30 days of your order arriving and we'll refund you. That includes opened pouches, and you don't need to send anything back.

The promise covers one refund per customer for each product.

How to claim

Send us a message through our contact page, or email support@brewboostclub.com, with your order number. A line on why it didn't work for you helps us, but you don't have to give a reason.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, message us straight away with your order number and a photo, and we'll put it right.

Your right to cancel

Under UK consumer law, you can also cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. This sits alongside our 30-day promise and doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Refunds

Once we've confirmed your refund, it goes back to your original payment method within 10 working days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it. If it's been more than 15 working days and you still haven't seen it, please get in touch.
