Shipping policy

UK delivery

Standard tracked delivery is free on all UK orders.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 working days and arrive within 2 to 5 working days after dispatch. Every order is tracked, and you'll get a tracking link by email once it's on its way.

International delivery

We currently ship to the UK only. We'll update this page when we start shipping further afield.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 5 working days, or your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email support@brewboostclub.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.

Damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund you.

Wrong address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update it before your order is dispatched, but we can't change it once it's on its way.
