1. About us

This website, brewboostclub.com, is run by BrewFuel, a trading name of Creaton Talent Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17489877) with its registered office at 1 Coldbath Square, London EC1R 5HL ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms, our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Our store runs on Shopify.

2. Who can buy

You must be 18 or over to buy from us. Our products are intended for healthy adults and are not suitable for children, or for anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding unless a doctor has said otherwise.

3. Our products

Our products are food supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose shown on the pack. Keep out of reach of young children.

Always read the label, including ingredients and allergen information, before use. If you have a medical condition, take medication, or are unsure whether a product is right for you, speak to your doctor or pharmacist first. Individual results vary.

We take care to show products accurately, but colours and packaging may differ slightly from the images on screen, and product formulations may be updated from time to time. The label on the product you receive always takes priority.

4. Prices and orders

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Prices and availability can change without notice, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you order. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we dispatch your order and email you to confirm. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or an order looks fraudulent. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full. We may limit quantities per customer, household or order.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details. You agree to give accurate, up-to-date billing and contact information.

6. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy, and our 30-day promise, returns and refunds in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Using the website

You must not misuse the site, including by introducing viruses or harmful code, trying to gain unauthorised access, or using it for anything unlawful. All content on the site, including text, images, logos and the BrewFuel name, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

8. Reviews and feedback

If you send us reviews, comments or ideas, you allow us to use them without payment. You must not post anything unlawful, misleading, offensive or that infringes anyone else's rights. We may remove content at our discretion.

9. Third-party links and tools

The site may link to or use tools from third parties. We're not responsible for their content, products or practices, so please read their terms before using them.

10. Information on the site

Information on the site is for general purposes only and is not medical advice. We aim to keep it accurate and up to date but can't guarantee it is complete or error free.
